Email server maintenance work 11th October
On Sunday 11th October from 1am to 3am BST (midnight to 2am UTC) we will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our main email server. During this time, you likely won't be able to view new emails or send emails. Any incoming messages for your account will be queued up and delivered when the mail server work is complete. We will try to make the downtime as short as possible, though the server may be offline for that full two-hour window. If your email address ends in @greennet.email, then your account is on our newer email server and won't be affected by this maintenance. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
